Nope, he's both. It goes a little like this, first we poison you, and then at the last minute, provide the antidote and say "Hey look, we saved you" "What a great guy I am"

And the American people will probably buy it, especially when they get their $2000 cheques in the mail, which will only spur inflation even more.

Of course Donny, tariffs on everything will put prices up, for Americans, and promising to hand over the money you collected... someday... maybe? Only if I feel like it, will not go down with a lot of people. Reports of the Dems taking a lot of positions in byelections may be grossed up a little by the dominant left wing mouth pieces MSN is pumping out at us, but there is probably a shred of truth to it.

With a critically low approval rating (rightfully deserved) POTUS is leading by example, a bad example, and US voter's are reflecting their feelings in the polls.

This is yet another example of poor leadership, and manipulation by an unfit leader who probably still think's Tylenol causes Autism and ADHD, and probably erectile dysfunction.

Lets wait and see what the midterms bring, and if Americans will really drink the coolaid poured into their cups by the the Nodfather. (or is it tropical fruit punch?)
